Pk-X is an automatic label applicator designed and manufactured by Packin. The Pk-X automatic labeling machines are intended for industrial use and can be easily placed on production lines as in existing machines thanks to their compact size and the use of the separate control unit (optional).
The simplified paper passage and the automatic alignment adjustment allow users to make reel changes in a very short time, with consequent advantages on production and less waste of loading labels. Labelers can be equipped with high definition inkjet markers with HP micro character technology for marking dates, lots, alphanumeric data, variable numbers, 1D and 2D barcodes, QR codes, logos. Mc 12.7 mm of the press area.
The inkjet marker offers the possibility of using various types of inks for all types of labels and does not limit the speed of the machine which can thus exploit its full potential. Inkjet printing adapts automatically to the speed of the paper without any adjustment by the operator, thanks to the integrated encoder. It can independently manage the date/time change, deadlines, thanks to the integrated clock microprocessor with a buffer battery.
Pk-X is also integrated into the Packin labeling lines.
