It is possible to use spools in both continuous paper and pre-punched labels, with a maximum external diameter of 330 mm (for a reel length of approximately 500 meters); label width max up to 210 mm.
The two RW-913 / UW-913 rewinders/unwinders mounted on an easy-to-mount plate allow tight and precise rewinding of the labels, suitable for any semi-automatic or automatic labeling machine.
Thanks to the exclusive printing technology, the Primera LX2000e is the only printer on the market capable of producing a resolution of 4800 dpi, with pigmented inks.
The Primera LX2000e printer can print on a wide range of specific ink-jet and non-inkjet media, such as some natural papers for oenological use (traced, lined, embossed) or vellum papers, matt, glossy or semi-gloss.
For the chemicals market, the LX2000e is compliant with GHS / CLP standards. With pigmented inks, combined with Primera's Tuffcoat Extreme Polyjet material, the LX2000e printer passed the BS5609 Section 3 test. The certification test includes resistance to removal of the adhesive tape, resistance to transport abrasion and resistance printing in extreme conditions, including exposure to UV rays and repeated salt fog cycles with high temperatures and humidity.
The excellent performance makes the Primera LX2000e printer the ideal solution for the production of labels in short runs for different application sectors, such as: Food; Wine; oleario; Chemist; Cosmetic; Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing in general.
The printer is equipped with an integrated rotary blade cutter, a color display for continuous monitoring of the ink level and operating conditions. A transparent window on the lid allows you to observe the level of the labels and the correct operation of the machine.
