Pk-62 semiautomatic labeller

Pk-62 is a semi-automatic table-top labeller for round products that can reach production speeds of considerable interest.

Thanks to the automatic paper loading and quick format change, it can be easily used in all production environments. It is also directly comparable with automatic production lines for equal quantities of real production.

Typically, overall productivity is made up of labeling time plus tooling / machine adjustments time. In this type of comparison where the format changes are different and frequent, the Pk-62 semiautomatic labeller becomes a winner allowing real productivity equal to about 2500 pcs / hour (an example with a product of 20mm in diameter and a label of about 40 / 50mm).

In addition, format changes take 2 minutes. Products with diameters between 10 and 40mm and label width (height on the product) up to 140mm can be processed.
